Automatic Refill Service

When signing up for a trial bottle, you (Customer) understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a free 16-day trial for which you will pay only shipping and handling of €5.00. If you feel the product is not for you and you don’t want to be billed for the received product, you must call us within your trial period (16 days form your initial order). Do you not call to cancel within the 16-day trial period, we assume that you are happy with your product, and you will be charged the cost of your first product of €79.00 and automatically enrolled in our "Refill Service" program that will send you a new bottle containing 30 days’ supply every 30 days. Our Refill Service program, ensures that you do not run out of product while awaiting a new order following your trial, and helps you keep your life-style change steady. When enrolled on the "Automatic Refill Service" we will continue sending you 30 days’ supply of the product, charging you at the associated monthly rate of €79.00 plus shipping fee of £4.95 until cancelled by you or by us.

If after your purchase, you choose to sign up for our extra product on the same 16-day trial basis, available for only customers that purchased our main product, same procedure will follow as for the 16-day trial of the main product. You will then also, do you not cancel within your 16-day trial period, automatically be enrolled in our Refill Service and receive a new 30-day supply every 30 days. You will be charged the monthly fee associated with the extra product of €79.00 plus shipping fee of €5.00.

No other charges will be attempted and no further orders will be processed. By signing up to our 16-day trial offer you are agreeing to these terms. Cancellation of our refill service within the first 16 days of any monthly refill service period will prevent any subsequent shipments or billing. Cancellation after the first 16 days of any monthly refill service period will result in one final shipment and associated monthly charge. If you have provided a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, payment for your "Auto Refill" product, including shipping and handling and applicable taxes, it will be automatically processed in each Auto Refill period on or around the same day of the month as your initial Auto Refill purchase. The amount for each actual Auto Refill payment may vary due to changes in price, shipping amounts and applicable tax rates. Auto Refill payments will reflect pricing of the Auto Refill product at the time of each payment, excluding promotional or discount pricing. For Pure Health may cancel your Auto Refill subscription or the Auto Refill program at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may modify or cancel your Auto Refill at any time by calling our customer service. Cancellations received less than three days prior to the next scheduled payment will take effect in the following Auto Refill period. After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of your cancellation and your account being closed.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by contacting Customer Service.

Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

We always want you to be fully satisfied with any product you receive from us. Therefor you are never bound by any period, other than any initiated monthly cycle or regular purchase where product has already been shipping and received by you. Please be informed that your bank might charge you for a currency exchange with your purchase on For Pure Health . This currency exchange is unfortunately not refundable.

One-time cart purchase from our website

Purchasing a single product through our online store without subscription or trial, you have the right to a full refund, is the product returned unopened, sealed, and in same condition as when received. Has the product been shipped, you are bound by the shipping fee and will not be refunded amount of shipping fee. Has product not yet been shipped, order will be cancelled and you will receive full refund of the product and shipping fee, if asked.

Product subscription sign-up through our website

Should you choose to subscribe to an automatic monthly refill of any product at our website, same policy applies as for a single product purchase to the latest month initiated of your subscription. Cancelling your subscription, you cannot be refunded for any earlier subscribed months already completed. Has product not been opened or seal broken, you may return product of the latest month and receive refund of only product of the concerning month. Has product been shipped, you will not be refunded of shipping fee. Has product already been opened and seal broken, you may not be refunded of product, and cancellation will take effect as of the following month.

Signing up for a trial bottle

If you have signed up for a trial bottle and thereby initiated a subscription cycle, but cancel before end of the 16-day trial period, you will not be charged for the product, is the product returned dated before 16 days after your initial order. Should it occur that amount of cycle 1 has already been charged, full amount will be refunded to you, if asked. If you cancel a subscription cycle before product has been shipped, subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged for anything. In this case, if requested by you, full amount of charged shipping fee will be refunded. Has the product already been shipped, you are bound by amount of shipping fee which will not be refunded.

Should you wish full refund of cycle 1, remaining product must be returned dated within the 16 days of the trial period, starting on date of initial order. Cycle 1 being a trial bottle, you can open bottle, try the product, and will only be asked to return the remaining product.

If you proceed through cycle 1, and thereby initiate subscription of automatic monthly supply, you may only be refunded of the latest month initiated. For you to be entitled to full refund of the product, product must be returned unopened and sealed and in same condition as when received. Has product been opened, and should you wish to cancel subscription of further refill, you will be bound by the full amount of the product opened and will not be refunded, and subscription cancellation will take effect by of following month.

Return of Product

Before you return the product, it is recommended that you contact our customer support by phone. Our customer representative will assist you for the most convenient return procedure.

The item must be in its original packaging, fully sealed and unused. You will also need to present your order number. We will not accept or issue a refund for any open packages or packages marked return to sender that does not include a valid order number.

If you return a package, we recommend that you get and keep proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned unopened product with a valid order number, a refund will be issued to your credit card. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, with a deduction of the following shipping and handling cost.
